There are two divisions in Agricultural sector: Farming (Agriculture farms and Fruit plantations) and Livestock breeding (Cowsheds, Poultry farms, Pig farms and Sheep farms). «Agriculture» qualification is major for all these enterprises; it's level depends only on enterprise profit.

Agriculture is a kind of primary production — grain and fruits cultivation don't require raw materials. Unlike this, livestock breeding requires raw material (grain) to produce finished goods.

«Sales» and «Technology» sectors are completely identical with the same sectors of «Production» chapter.

Agriculture Farm and Fruit Plantation

All agriculture farms and fruit plantations are state-owned enterprises, so they can be sold to players via open auction (for virtual currency), or directly for game points. You also can purchase farms at secondary market (auction sale).

Tractors, produced at Tractor-building factories, are used on Agriculture Farms and Fruit Plantations.

There is no «Supply» section for agricultural farms, because you don't need any raw materials to make agriculture products.

In case if you you've bought the farm at the time of its active production stage, then you can expect harvest only in the next agricultural season.

Schedule of agricultural procedures depends on the kind of cultivated product and on farm's location. Volume of crops (productivity of 1 hectare) depends on the introduced technology, while crops quality depends both on technology and basic fertility of the land.


Specialization — the current specialization depends on farm's geographical location.

Total area of the land — size of enterprise, which defines maximum productivity.

Sowing area - in best case, sowing area coincides with the total area of land, but it can be reduced in case if the land wasn't properly prepared during preparation and sowing periods.

Land fertility — the basic quantity of cultivated crops. This figure is fixed between 1 (bad) and 5 (good).

Technology — the current technology level determines volume and quality of produced goods. Besides, employees qualification and equipment quality both depend on this figure.

Weather - factor of climate influence (temporary deactivated).

Equipment number — the current number of agricultural equipment (tractors). One tractor can be used by 5 workers simultaneously, so the optimal number of tractors is — 20% of required number of workers. Maximum number of tractors is shown in brackets.

Workers qualification — in case if qualification of your employees is too high, it won't make any positive effect on production, but will make high demands on top-manager's «Agriculture» qualification.

Production efficiency — the main figure to evaluate production management. 100% efficiency means that the correlation between enterprise size, technology level, quality and quantity of equipment, qualification and number of employees and top-manager's efficiency is optimal. Low efficiency results in production volume drop, loss of competitive ability and other damages.

Efficiency depends on 4 basic figures:

  • staff efficiency
  • equipment efficiency
  • «Agriculture» qualification of top-manager
  • main office efficiency

You can use «Put up for auction» function. This option is available for all enterprises, purchased from the state fund (originally, these enterprises have been state property — mines, sawmills, lands). If you want to know more, go to «Laws — Auction regulations» section.

Stages of agricultural season

There are several active stages in agricultural year: preparation for sowing, sowing, crops cultivation and harvest. The rest of the year the farm is idle. In «Farm» section you can see the schedule, which consists of 52 sectors (term and duration of each stage is marked with a certain color). A square of 100 segments is a graphical representation of your farm; it shows the degree of completion of one or another stage.


For agricultural farm: 4 weeks; for fruit plantation: no such stage. Insufficient (below 100%) preparation may be caused by insufficient number of workers and result in production volume drop (i.e. some crops will be lost due to unsatisfactory preparation).

Crops maturing

For agricultural farm: 8 weeks; for fruit plantation: 12 weeks Speed of crops maturing doesn't depend on enterprise characteristics. It is only defined by the terms of corresponding stage.

Awaiting for the next season

When the enterprise is idle, your workers don't receive salary, tractors don't wear and all operations are stopped.

Farm efficiency

Efficiency is one of the most important characteristics. It influences crops capacity, productivity of workers and equipment, quality of finished products and financial results. As usual, if your farm has low efficiency, the reason is in poor skills of workers or in low qualification of farm manager. Efficiency of the main office is also important.

Crops quality

Crops quality mostly depends on land fertility, technology level and enterprise efficiency. The table below is for your reference.

Please pay attention, that these figures are maximum; they depend on the date of technology introduction. To get maximum quality you must introduce the technology before maturing stage.

Livestock farm

Livestock farms use animals to produce goods. Unlike agricultural farms and plantations, livestock farms work all year round.

There are several kinds of livestock farms:

  • Cowshed — meat and milk production;
  • Pig farm — meat and leather production;
  • Poultry farm - meat and eggs production;
  • Sheep farm - wool production.

Besides, farms can actually breed animals. In this case young animals (calves, pigs, chickens or lambs) live in so-called additional pinfolds (the same thing as warehouse for factories).

Production volume depends on quantity of livestock, number of workers, technology level and farm's efficiency. Quality of product depends on livestock quality, technology level and production efficiency.


Quantity of livestock - current and maximum quantity (in brackets) of your livestock. Optimal number is maximum possible. If the current quantity is below maximum, prime cost of production will increase because constant expenses are stable.

Livestock quality — average quality of farm livestock. Animals of high quality can produce high-quality products, but at the same time they require forage of higher quality.

Livestock health — average health of farm animals. This figure can go down in case if quality/quantity of forage is insufficient.

Number of workers — current number of employees. Maximum number (for the current quantity of livestock) is shown in brackets. Production load – level of production load, considering number of workers and animals.


On livestock farms quality of produced goods depends both on quality of used raw material (forage) and animals quality. Livestock quality determines 70%, and forage quality determines 30% of finished product.

For better understanding there is a simple formula about the finished product: 50% is defined by technology, 35% - by livestock quality, 15% - by forage quality.

Besides, to feed your animals you must use forage with quality = ½ of animals quality. For example, if your livestock quality is 18, forage (grain) quality must be at least 9 — only in this case your farm will be effective. If quality of grain is too low, animals will get sick and may die. To heal animals replace sick units and purchase high-quality grain (quality must be even higher than standard ½ of animals quality). Handling diseased animals is not easy, it will be much better if you keep them healthy.


You can see all available information about your animals in «Livestock» section. There are two pin-folds for animals: main and additional. Animals from main building are producers, so they consume forage. Animals from additional pin-folds don't produce anything, so they don't need forage (expenses for their food are charged directly in cash). Livestock in additional pin-folds can be put up for sale.

You should buy forage in advance: when you purchase animals, they appear on your farm immediately, but when you buy forage, it will be delivered only after the update.

«Livestock» section also contains information about minimum sufficient quality of forage (if quality drops below this limit, your animals will get sick).

If in case animals are already ill, some of them may die after the next update. Disease can reduce quality of produced goods. If you want your animals to recover, you must buy forage of with high quality (higher than animals quality). See also: Free Chat No Registration
